The location since its next to the arena where they hold concerts.

Its a 4 star hotel and yet they cant give you your room in time. We had to wait 1 1/2 hours and their excuse was that the hotel was full the previous night so they hadnt finnish cleaning.If the hotel is full their policy should be to get in ready for the next paying guests. No matter what.A voucher was given to us but our plan for the night was destroyed. When they dont hold their deal of checking in time we should be compensated by paying less since we get to have the room less time.bad planning of the management.Triple your staff next time and let the paying guests get what thay pay for
